Flashes is a literary website where we publish short stories, non-fiction, flash fiction, poetry and author interviews. Our goal is to give talented writers a platform to showcase their creativity, with an emphasis on original voice, innovative style and challenging plots.

I’ll have to check it out and see what the submission guidelines are. Thinking for my daughter who has just written another short story. I have some of her earlier poems on my site. Her writings are a bit dark though!

Please make sure she reads the submission guidelines. I’ve just been informed that some people are not following the guidelines so it won’t even be read. Which is a shame.
