Today we went for lunch at the Micro Bistro in a small village called Carrapateira. The food is amazing, especially the burgers, salads and vegan selection… the homemade desserts are SO tempting I almost succumbed and abandoned the diet …but I didn’t. How I resisted temptation is beyond me.
