Flashes – Ekphrastic/Picture Prompt Challenge

Our Literary website, ‘Flashes‘, is organising an Ekphrastic challenge.

Using the image above write a poem or story (max 1000 words) that you feel best interprets this picture.

Our team will choose two winners, one for the best poem and the other for the best piece of flash fiction. Both winning entries will be published on Flashes.

Enter your poem or story via SUBMISSIONS, and make sure you state clearly that your submission is for the Ekphrastic Challenge. Please also take a moment to read submission guidelines before submitting your piece for consideration.

Submissions close Saturday 21st December.
